Shipping policy

Logoless currently ships within India only.

**Shipping charges**
Standard shipping is free on all orders within India. [CHECK]

**Processing time**
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During launches and sale periods processing can take a little longer; we will tell you if that happens. [CHECK]

**Delivery time**
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your pin code. Remote locations can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control are not our responsibility. [CHECK]

**Tracking**
When your order ships you will receive an email or message with a tracking link. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.

**Address accuracy**
Please check your address, pin code and phone number at checkout. The courier needs a working phone number to deliver. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, or because delivery was refused or could not be completed, we may charge the shipping cost again to send it out a second time.

**Damaged or wrong items**
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right.
